What are the testing procedures for Kinsend pv brackets?

Solar mounting brackets is the most basic and important part of the whole photovoltaic system. All installation fittings, whether roof or ground solar mounting systems, are subject to rigorous testing. Before the shipment of each product, the following six aspects of the testing process are mainly needed to ensure the safe use of photovoltaic supports.


1. Material testing for Solar Panel Support Structure. Mainly steel, aluminum, lightning protection grounding equipment, different metal materials. Make sure the required materials are correct

2. Photovoltaic bracket appearance inspection, mainly for steel surface, aluminum alloy material, etc., to ensure that the appearance of the processing process is smooth without uneven surface or damage.

3. Size deviation detection of photovoltaic support mainly refers to the compliance of overall structure dimensions such as columns, support beams and Solar Mounting Rails, so as to ensure the overall installation balance of goods received by customers.

4. Wall thickness detection of photovoltaic support, for steel plate and aluminum alloy wall thickness detection. Thickness is important to the bearing capacity of the bracket.

5. Test the mechanical properties of photovoltaic support, the slenderness ratio limit of support under tension and pressure, and the component can withstand a certain load, wind speed and snow load environment and remain stable.

6. Corrosion test of photovoltaic support. Mainly carbon structural steel and galvanized steel, aluminum oxide film processing. The different thickness of anti-corrosion coating has great influence on the service life of the scaffold.
