Kinsend needs to go through strict process review and production inspection for each photovoltaic support project, the following will take you to understand the main Solar mounting support design and production process:
1. After receiving the contract production , according to the layout of the panel array in this contract, confirm the series-parallel design scheme of panel modules, the design scheme of cement foundation arrangement and the inclination angle of photovoltaic array.
2. According to the type of solar panels selected in this contract, confirm the number, size and opening position of the fixed installation holes on the frame of the photovoltaic cell module.
3. According to the technical plan, confirm whether the support has other additional requirements such as a fixed lightning protection combiner box.
4. Summarize the above three items and provide them as design basis for the designer to design the bracket.
5. The designer provides the design drawing of the solar mounting system solution , and the engineering technician confirms the correctness of the drawing according to the engineering requirements.
6. After the design of the bracket drawing is completed, the official drawing has design, verification, review personnel and design date to confirm it as the final bracket production drawing.
7. The designer shall provide the production details of the brackets in this contract. The bracket production list includes the total number of sets of brackets, the model and quantity of each bracket, the model and quantity of bolts, and auxiliary materials such as spring washers, flat washers, puncture washers, and nuts.
8. The detailed list of solar design bracket production will be sent to the production department along with the production drawings of the screen cabinets in this contract.
9. Solar mounting bracket drawings At the designer's office, the designer provides the contract bracket drawings to the manufacturing department, and the manufacturing department is responsible for the production and packaging of the brackets according to the contract progress.
10. In order to facilitate the acceptance, transportation and on-site installation of the bracket, the bracket should be properly packaged. Auxiliary materials such as bolts and nuts should be packaged separately, and it is strictly forbidden to mix auxiliary materials together.
The above ten steps are just a general process, and more detailed checks and quality inspections must be repeatedly checked by technicians with many years of experience to ensure that the products of each project are delivered to the customer's site smoothly and installed in a timely manner.
