1. Photovoltaic module cleaning
Often clean the components, encounter rain and snow will be a lot of pressure to the ground or the surface of the object, even if the irradiation is weakened, can still maximize the output within a limited intensity, prolong the life of photovoltaic modules.
2. Check cables Lug
The power of photovoltaic power stations depends on AC cables. For large photovoltaic power stations, the output current of the system is relatively large, and the inverter used is also relatively large. Before the access box changes, there are generally sub-bus cabinets, and it is recommended to use flame-retardant copper core cables. During the operation of the power station, cables should be checked every six months to ensure good conductivity and safety. The cable may be damaged after the temperature rises and falls repeatedly.
3. Check the DC terminal and PV cable
4mm² or 6mm² PV cables are used on the DC side. The 4mm² specifications are more widely used, and the DC terminals are often burned. If the dc terminal is damaged during daily check, replace the terminal with one of the same specifications in a timely manner. Press the metal core of the terminal, the length of which must be greater than or equal to 40mm, and pay attention to the positive and negative polarity during connection.
4. Check whether the grounding is good
The grounding resistance of lightning protection grounding must be between 4 and 10 ohms. The grounding resistance of the working ground must be less than 1 ohm. When the total capacity of low-voltage power equipment does not exceed 100kVA, the grounding resistance must not exceed 10 ohms. The ground cable is usually made of hot-dip galvanized steel and buried underground at a depth of 1m above the ground to achieve good admittance.
