1）Iron frame packaging

For aluminium solar panel mounting rails and steel rail, such as upright posts, diagonal beams and U-shaped posts, the gathering height is packed with iron frame and iron frame. This packaging method has the advantages of stable structure, strong bearing capacity, low damage rate, convenient loading and unloading, long service life and so on. After loading/containerizing, use ropes, belts and other rigging to bind and reinforce the goods to prevent displacement during transportation

2）Wooden frame packaging

For aluminum profiles, partial steel pipes, U-shaped steel, photovoltaic support samples, etc., wooden frames and wooden cases are used for packaging. Wooden packing material has low damage rate to materials, good seismic performance, low transportation cost and easy disposal of waste materials. After being packed in containers, the gaps in containers are filled with paper skins to prevent the goods from shifting during transportation for pv module mounting structure.

3）Carton packaging

This packaging method has the advantages of low cost, high protection performance, convenient transportation and easy disposal of waste materials. After loading into the container, the goods are bound and reinforced with ropes, belts and other rigging, and the placed goods are displaced during transportation.

4）Installation and protection packaging under epidemic situation

For a small number of test samples required by customers, we wrap them in film bags, and then wrap them in cartons and outer boxes. For sensitive areas, we add a layer of transparent film bags to the cartons for protection.

For the customer's project orders, guide rails and accessories, we will tightly pack them in cartons, so as to prevent them from being put on pallets, and then use film transparent bags for further external packaging protection.
